2 Year Warranty
AEROMIC NO SWEAT WARRANTY STATEMENT* All Aeromics and Cyclemics are covered by our 2 Year “No Sweat” Warranty from the date of purchase when bought and used in Australia. Our distributors in all other territories will make the decision to extend this offer to their customers and Aerobic Microphones Australia will support them if they do.
The Aeromic and Cyclemic headworn microphones are guaranteed for 2 years against sweat damage to the capsule, frame and cable provided that:-
- there is no sign of physical damage to the capsule, frame or cable;
- the microphone has not been used for more than 7 classes or 7 hours max per day nor used continuously in more than 2 hour blocks – 45 to 60 minutes of dry out time following a class is recommended.
- if the microphone is between 12 & 24 months old then a copy of the supplier’s invoice has to accompany the mic with a written claim for warranty repair. The invoice has to clearly show the date of sale to the end user and the serial number of the microphone.
A copy of the Aeromic Users Manual is sent out with every microphone sold. Spanish and Portuguese versions are available.

All Fitness Audio Wireless Transmitters have had the main circuit board coated with a corrosion inhibiting lacquer that the manufacturer says will provide protection against sweat corrosion for 2 years when bought and used in Australia. Our distributors in all other territories will make a decision to extend this offer to their customers and Aerobic Microphones Australia and our manufacturer will support them if they do.
Furthermore, the panel plugs we use (Switchcraft TB3M and TB4M) will only be covered by the 2 year warranty if they have been greased with a small amount of our eGloop anti corrosion electrical grease.
This is the responsibility of the local distributor so please check the connector and consult your supplier if the Transmitter’s Panel Plug has not been supplied with a small amount of eGloop grease in it as well as on the battery tags to prevent tarnishing, and, in some high humidity areas, on the on/off switch.
It is the final sellers responsibility to the Fitness Audio brand and their Buyer to ensure that each transmitter sold is greased with eGloop prior to delivery and for the 2 year warranty to be recorded on their sales invoice along with the Tx serial number. Sometimes the distributor or dealer may apply the eGloop in the panel plug and join the mic and transmitter together to make sure that the grease is spread over the pins and sockets before delivery and they should inform the customer if this has been done.
This warranty does not cover normal “wear and tear” problems like physical damage to the panel plug and connecting cables, broken battery tags, case covers, on/off switches and power LED failures that may occur in the normal course of constant daily use if they are not sweat related faults. These faults are relatively simple and inexpensive to fix.
Should any sweat related fault occur within 2 years of a proven purchase date by the user then your supplier will arrange to have it repaired or replaced free of charge at their discretion. A copy of the supplier’s invoice has to accompany the transmitter with a written claim for warranty repair. The invoice has to clearly show the date of sale to the end user and the serial number of the transmitter.
Fitness Audio Wireless Receivers and Power Supplies are covered by a standard 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
